Mindful frog

During last week’s holiday, the founders of CWIST were unwittingly trapped within a professional landscape.

Frogs on the table, to protect and ensure the safety of partners and customers, we (consciously) swallow many frogs.

Seconds after we swallowed them, it “tilt”! Was it toads or frogs that we swallowed? Frogs have thicker, drier skin, they are larger. Frogs are more delicate. Frog paw is even served on the most chic tables of French cuisine.

Whether toad or frog, both have a very high nutritional value in protein. In this metaphor, protein is needed to build muscle. We often feel weakened by swallowing frogs.

The important thing is to be aware of the fact and the act, and seek to build the necessary muscle to get around the situation.

Follow our 3 tips #EngolindoSapos #MindfulSapos

  1. When cornered and the best way out is to swallow the frog, have the scenario antagonist watch you open your mouth, put the frog inside until you swallow it. It’s funny, because the antagonist will invariably feel like the winner.
  2. Since you swallowed the frog with your mouth open with the audience, share this event in your stories for your audience to know. The side effect of your mindfulness act will not be overlooked.
  3. So that it doesn’t happen again, always have a stock of frogs ready. At the next encounter with your antagonist, start the conversation with the frogs on the table and a “Your turn!” sign. What is the good faith result of having swallowed the frogs with an audience watching? Empowerment is yours! Awareness of “future non-permissibility” is yours.

And if your service is required again, the first business condition is yours.

Mindful Business. It’s simple, yet difficult.
